T&K's dedication to maintaining high-quality Wagyu genetics is rooted in the original Mazda and Michifuku bulls imported almost six decades ago. Through meticulous breeding practices over two decades with Michifuku offspring and other Fullblood bulls, we uphold a minimum of 99.7% Wagyu lineage.
In the U.S. Wagyu market, F1 crosses with Angus are prevalent to enhance beef quality while preserving Angus size. T&K's uniqueness lies in our unwavering commitment to pure Wagyu lineage, prioritizing superior taste and consistency without compromising on quality for quantity.
