Who We Are
T&K Wagyu is a second-generation, service-member-owned farm in Hilliard, FL, that prioritizes healthy and sustainable farming practices. Our smaller herds allow for individualized care, ensuring optimal health and low-stress upbringing for our cattle. This attention to detail reflects our commitment to producing high-quality Wagyu beef while maintaining ethical and environmentally conscious farming methods.

T&K's dedication to maintaining high-quality Wagyu genetics is rooted in the original Mazda and Michifuku bulls imported almost six decades ago. Through meticulous breeding practices over two decades with Michifuku offspring and other Fullblood bulls, we uphold a minimum of 99.7% Wagyu lineage.
In the U.S. Wagyu market, F1 crosses with Angus are prevalent to enhance beef quality while preserving Angus size. T&K's uniqueness lies in our unwavering commitment to pure Wagyu lineage, prioritizing superior taste and consistency without compromising on quality for quantity. The presence of our rare purebred herd not only sets us apart but also underscores the exceptional standards we consistently maintain and further signifies T&K's dedication to excellence.
