T&K Wagyu started in 2024 with a pretty simple idea: raise exceptional cattle, produce really good beef, and be transparent about how we do it.
We’re a veteran family with Texas roots who eventually landed in North Florida, and what began as a small local beef operation has grown a lot faster than we expected.
In the beginning, our focus was primarily on the finished product — raising Wagyu, processing beef, selling directly to families in our community, and learning what it takes to build a farm-to-table business from the ground up.
Since then, we’ve grown our herd, expanded our acreage, added both Fullblood and Purebred Wagyu, developed relationships with other breeders and producers, and become much more intentional about the genetics behind the cattle we raise.
The more we learned, the more our vision expanded.
Today, T&K Wagyu is still very much a beef business. We still care deeply about producing high-quality American-raised Wagyu and giving our customers a direct connection to the farm their food comes from.
But we’re also growing into the genetics side of the Wagyu industry.
That means investing in proven cattle, embryos and semen, studying pedigrees, making thoughtful breeding decisions and building relationships with established producers who share the same interest in improving the breed.
Our goal is becoming bigger than simply raising cattle for beef.
We want T&K Wagyu to become a place where great genetics, responsible breeding, premium beef and transparency all meet — connecting the work that happens long before a calf is born to the food that eventually reaches someone’s table.
That’s really where our phrase “from conception to consumption” comes from.
There is an entire story behind every steak: the genetics selected, the cattle raised, the decisions made, the time invested and eventually the meal someone prepares for their family.
We want to share all of it.
We’re still a growing operation. We’re still learning. And there is a lot we’re building that hasn’t fully taken shape yet.
But that’s also what makes this chapter exciting.
What started as a small Wagyu beef business is becoming a much broader vision for cattle, genetics and the future of T&K Wagyu — and we’re excited to bring you along as it grows.
